Posters and art prints are rolled with thick paper to secure against dust before being packaged in folded three-sided shipping containers. Framed products are covered securely and positioned in adjustable folded inserts that lock the frame in position.
You can estimate your art’s arrival by adding the processing and transit times. We usually process in-stock posters, prints, photographs within 5–7 business days and framed products within 6–8 business days.
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that consists of a tracking number.

TheCaviar.us guarantees your fulfillment, and we will offer you a refund or a replacement for received products you are not pleased with. If your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, don’t hesitate to contact our Consumer Support Team through live chat or email at info@TheCaviar.us.

We combine similar products in one shipment (see processing & shipment times).
