TheCaviar.us guarantees your fulfillment, and we will offer you a refund or a replacement for received products you are not pleased with. If your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, don’t hesitate to contact our Consumer Support Team through live chat or email at info@TheCaviar.us.
We combine similar products in one shipment (see processing & shipment times). If an unanticipated delay should occur that prevents available items on your order from shipping when expected, you might specifically request that the offered items be shipped independently. No, we can not provide bundles 11″ x 14″ and smaller to a P.O. box.

Buying
Include the product(s) you want to purchase in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button beside the product image. When you’re prepared to complete your order, click “Continue Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions.

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number and call our Customer Support Team by live chat or emailing info@TheCaviar.us. We are unable to process cancellations for products that have currently shipped. Please visit our returns page or call us for alternate options.
We are unable to add additional products to existing orders or replace specific items. You will require to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Thanks for your patience!
