How to Place an Order
Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click “Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.
Sorry, we’re unable to make modifications to items to existing orders.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.
Under no circumstances do we rent, trade, or share your email address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes, such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. You may receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you’ll find valuable.

You may view and/or print pages from https://thecaviar.us for your own individual use subject to limitations set in these terms of service.
We honor the intellectual property rights of others. We will not sell unlicensed prints or photos. Thecaviar.us produces or manufactures any products that it offers on its site and purchases a product from various suppliers claiming to have sufficient rights to sell their products to Thecaviar.us for display on our site sale to our customers.
Shipping is Free.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.
It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
The average shipping time is four business days depending on the delivery destination.
Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it’s delivered to the end address.
We deliver to United States (USA) in 3-6 business days on average.
Damaged Items in Transport

Our Return Policy And Process
Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal.
- Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within four weeks after receiving the product. All claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition.
- Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We keep 3% of the transaction fee for buyer’s remorse.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return results from our error or defective product, using the original payment method within two weeks after receiving the product at our facility.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that the courier is considered insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Exchanges – We do not process exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
